We have just completed an interesting international project called Enhancing Prospecting and Hunting Excellence. Following on from a successful workshop that was run at Heathrow a year ago we took a similar workshop out to other regions, these included Brussels, Stockholm, New York, Beijing, Copenhagen and Frankfurt. The workshop covered the structure of the telephone sales call, the psychology of the sales process, selective used of language and voice and skills to maximise a sales opportunity. The workshop was well received and the participants highly motivated to apply their skills. We wish them every success with their Prospecting and Hunting calls.
TAM Brazilian Airlines
We recently ran Career Development seminars for the London based team of TAM Brazilian Airlines. These seminars were part of a Career Development process that TAM provided for their staff worldwide. Topics we covered were Confidence, Communication and Presentation Skills.
Alitalia
We recently delivered Presentation Skills for their Trainers and Sales Managers.

Key Consultants Ltd. has designed and delivered Leadership development programmes for a number of major organisations. These have challenged and developed leaders at all levels in those organisations. Examples of such programmes are:
In a major international company in the food sector, for whom we have run a series of management development and leadership programmes, we identified a need for a higher level leadership programme for those with the potential to fulfil Board level appointments and a new programme was developed, with input from Key Consultants and Durham Business School. This programme included a 360 degree feedback process that we designed to help realise development needs and was also used for evaluation purposes. There was also a major Action Learning project based on organizational needs incorporated in to the programme. Leaders from these programmes have fulfilled potential and taken up senior appointments within the company across the globe.
A County Council was grappling with the issues of developing a more commercial focus and coping with increased competition, while maintaining and improving services to their community. To help them address these issues Key Consultants designed a programme to develop their leadership skills and business orientation. The programme was extremely successful and rolled out to managers throughout the Authority. The leaders all reported major positive behavioural changes, improved cross functional working, major cost cutting initiatives and better commercial success, which contributed to the Council’s services staying in-house despite strong competition from private companies. The development programme also incorporated Action Learning Groups meeting between workshops and a 360° feedback process was used to determine development needs and also contributed to the evaluation process, using pre and post programme results. We also designed distance learning materials to encourage learning outside of the workshop environment.
A National Airline faced significant challenges, including increasing competition, restrictive legislation, different legislation in various countries and rapidly changing markets. To better equip their leaders for these challenges, we designed and ran a series of programmes to explore their culture, the dynamics of change and the implications for their leadership. As well as developing these leaders, ideas and initiatives initiated on the programme were adopted by senior management of the organisation to change the culture and improve the company’s effectiveness, responsiveness and morale. Accelerated learning techniques were used to enhance this programme.
